Frequently Asked Questions
How do I generate my first image?
After signing in, go to the Create tab. Upload a photo of your fashion item, select a generation mode (Product Shot, Fashion Shoot, etc.), and tap Generate. Your AI-generated image will appear in seconds.
What's included in the free tier?
The free tier includes 5 image generations per month. This resets on the 1st of each month. Upgrade to Pro (100/month) or Max (1,000/month) for more generations.
Can I use generated images commercially?
Yes! You own the images generated through Moda and can use them for personal or commercial purposes, including marketing, e-commerce, and social media.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Moda, and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Why isn't my image generating?
Check your internet connection and ensure you haven't exceeded your monthly limit. If issues persist, try signing out and back in. Contact support if the problem continues.
